Local Athlete Makes Huge Performance Gains

“Before training at P.I.M., I felt like I was an average athlete. I was only as good as everyone else. My Vertical jump was 21 inches and has now improved to 25 ½ inches.
I feel like I’m a much better athlete than before. All my goals that I set, I met after coming here. Everything that we tested went up more than I thought it would. I would recommend this to any athlete trying to get better.”
- Grant

Along with gaining 4 ½ inches on his vertical leap, Grant cut over a ¼ second off his Pro Agility (5-10-5), and gained about 14 lbs. of lean mass. Congratulations Grant, your hard work and dedication is paying off! Good luck in your upcoming season!

Joe lost 85 lbs !!

Joe has lost over 85 lbs. in the past year, through serious dedication and hard work! Joe has been working out at P.I.M. twice a week, he also began running a few months ago three times a week (and is already up to 4 and 5 mile runs). To aid his weight loss, Joe has been eating a healthy diet, and restricting calories. He has used a combination of nutritional plans such as Weight Watchers, and South Beach (and lots of Subway)! As you can see from the pictures, his hard work has really paid off. Keep up the great work Joe, you are an inspiration to all of us!
