Sports Performance Training



Whether you are trying to take your team to a championship game, preparing for college athletics, or just getting started in sports, Progress in Motion’s Sports performance program has something for you. We’ve got the tools and the knowledge to help you achieve your athletic goals, whatever they are.

Program Features:
• Training from degreed and nationally certified strength and conditioning coaches.
• Current, scientifically designed programs targeted at achieving your performance goals.
• Pre and Post performance testing to track progress.

Performance Testing

Performance testing is included when you take part in performance camps or team training. Performance testing evaluates several factors of athletic performance, in order to track progress over the period of the camp. Performance testing may include assessments of:

• Vertical leap
• 40 yard dash
• Agility
• Broad jump
• Core strength

When you train with P.I.M.’s Sports Performance program you can expect improvements in:
• Strength and Power
• Vertical Leap
• Speed
• Balance and Agility
• Conditioning
As well as:
• A reduced risk of sports related injury
